Dog Breeds
While there is no question that the dog pounds and rescues are full to over-flowing with great mongels and ‘mixtos’, for some people there is nothing to match their favorite breed. The problem is that often the decision to purchase or rescue a particular breed of dog is an emotional or subjective one based on the dog’s appearance and little or no research has gone into the health profile and temperamental characteristics of the breed.
