The Elegant English Setter

Like all the setter breeds, the English Setter is a beautiful dog to look at. Perhaps a little more stately than its cousin the Red Setter which does have a reputation to be a wee bit scatty, the English Setter’s coat has a white base which carries speckles of black, brown, lemon or orange.

This is a friendly breed considered to be calm and gentle – an excellent choice for those with children.
